We provide two main categories of products:

  • Industrial Equipment (B2B): Heavy machinery, construction equipment, and industrial spare parts.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the website. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment

Currency: All prices are displayed in Vietnam Dong (VND) unless otherwise stated.

B2B Pricing: Prices for industrial machinery are subject to quotation and valid for the period specified in the quote. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer (required for B2B orders over 20 million VND to receive VAT invoices) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for small consumer electronics orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas: We ship nationwide across Vietnam. International shipping for B2B orders is available upon request and contract.

Shipping Times:

  • Small Tech Items: 2-5 business days.
  • Heavy Machinery: Depends on the specific contract and logistics arrangement.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events.

5. Warranty Policy

Genuine Products: All technology products sold by Lucy International are 100% genuine.

Warranty Period: Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy (e.g., Dell, Xiaomi, Keychron). The specific warranty period is stated on the product page or warranty card.

Industrial Machinery: Warranty terms for heavy machinery are defined in the specific sales contract.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return defective products within 7 days of receipt if the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault. The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories.

For B2B orders, returns are governed by the signed purchase agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucy International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Vietnam. Lucy International and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Vietnam shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
